1935-D 25C

Description

# 1935-D 25¢. Superb Gem Example of a Classic Buffalo Nickel. This exceptional 1935-D Buffalo Nickel has been certified by NGC as MS-67, representing an outstanding example of this iconic American type coin. Struck at the Denver Mint during the final year of Buffalo Nickel production, this piece exhibits the quality and eye appeal expected of a Superb Gem specimen. The 1935-D is a significant date in the series, as it marks the conclusion of this beloved design that had graced American five-cent pieces since 1913. Buffalo Nickels in MS-67 condition are increasingly difficult to locate, particularly from the Denver Mint. At this grade level, the coin displays virtually full strike detail with attractive original luster and minimal contact marks. The combination of strong eye appeal, technical quality, and the historical importance of the final year issue makes this an excellent acquisition opportunity for Buffalo Nickel specialists and type collectors alike.
