Description

1960 Roosevelt Dime, Full Bands, NGC MS-67. This exceptional 1960 Roosevelt dime represents a premium example of the series, certified by NGC as MS-67 with the coveted Full Bands (FB) designation. The Full Bands qualifier indicates sharp, well-defined horizontal lines on the torch reverse, a feature that significantly enhances both the eye appeal and collector demand for Roosevelt dimes. The MS-67 grade reflects a coin of superior quality, displaying lustrous mint surfaces with only minimal contact marks visible under magnification. At this grade level combined with the Full Bands designation, this dime stands well above typical examples from the 1960 coinage year, making it an attractive addition to advanced Roosevelt dime collections or type sets. The 1960 Roosevelt dime remains a popular date among collectors, and specimens achieving MS-67 with Full Bands certification represent the upper tier of the series. This combination of grade, technical designation, and eye appeal positions this lot as a notable offering for discerning numismatists. *NGC Certificate #8663655010*
