Description

1946 10C, FB — NGC MS-67. This exceptional 1946 Roosevelt Dime displays the qualities that make mid-grade Mercury dimes highly sought by collectors. The piece exhibits excellent luster and striking detail throughout, with the Full Bands designation indicating sharp, well-defined horizontal lines on the reverse fasces—a key diagnostic feature that elevates the coin's desirability among specialists. The MS-67 grade reflects a coin with minimal imperfections visible to the unaided eye, representing premium quality for the date. The 1946 dime remains a readily obtainable date in the Roosevelt series, but examples with Full Bands designation and this level of preservation command respect in the marketplace. The bright, original surfaces and strong strike make this a particularly attractive example for the discerning collector. NGC Certificate #8663660003
