1950-S 25C

Description

1950-S Washington Quarter, NGC MS-67. This exceptional 1950-S Washington Quarter represents a notable example from the San Francisco Mint's post-war coinage. The quarter exhibits the characteristic design elements of John Sinnock's iconic Liberty obverse and the eagle reverse that defined the series from 1932 onward. Graded MS-67 by NGC (Certification #8523328001), this piece displays the quality and eye appeal expected of a high-grade Mint State example. The 1950-S quarter remains a popular date among collectors building complete Washington Quarter sets, particularly in premium grades where examples become increasingly scarce. The strong opening bid of $350 reflects the collector demand for well-preserved San Francisco Mint quarters from this era.
