1952-D 10C, FB

Description

1952-D Roosevelt Dime, Full Bands, NGC MS-68. This exceptional 1952-D dime represents a premium example of the Denver Mint's Roosevelt coinage from the early postwar period. The coin exhibits the coveted Full Bands (FB) designation, indicating sharp, complete separation of the horizontal lines on the torch reverse—a hallmark of superior striking quality that is increasingly difficult to locate in this era. Graded NGC MS-68, this specimen displays remarkable preservation with lustrous surfaces and minimal contact marks befitting its high numeric grade. The 1952-D is a key date in the Roosevelt dime series, with relatively modest mintage figures compared to contemporary issues. The combination of the Full Bands designation and the MS-68 grade places this coin among the finest examples available to collectors, making it particularly desirable for type sets and date runs of the Roosevelt series.
