1952-D 10C, FB

Description

1952-D Roosevelt Dime, Full Bands, NGC MS68. This exceptional example of a 1952-D Roosevelt dime represents a significant find for serious Mercury and Roosevelt dime collectors. The Denver Mint issue is particularly notable for its Full Bands (FB) designation, indicating sharp, complete horizontal lines on the reverse fasces—a condition rarity that appeals to specialists seeking the finest examples of this date and mint mark. The NGC MS68 grade reflects exceptional preservation with only the slightest imperfections visible under magnification. At this grade level, the coin displays lustrous mint surfaces with excellent eye appeal and the strong strike characteristic of quality 1952-D production. The Full Bands designation elevates this coin well above typical examples of the issue, making it a premium offering for collectors building comprehensive Roosevelt dime sets or focusing on Denver Mint coinage from the early 1950s. The 1952-D remains a popular date among dime collectors, and finding examples in this condition with Full Bands certification is increasingly challenging. NGC Certificate #5863352003.
