Description

1951 10C, FB. An exceptional example of the 1951 Roosevelt dime, graded NGC MS-68 with Full Bands designation. This outstanding specimen exhibits the sharp striking and lustrous surfaces characteristic of premium-grade Mercury dimes from this post-war era. The Full Bands designation indicates exceptional strike quality, with both the horizontal bands on the reverse fasces fully separated and clearly defined—a key indicator of quality for Roosevelt dime specialists. The MS-68 grade places this coin in the upper echelon of the market, representing a piece that displays virtually no imperfections visible to the unaided eye. With its bright, original luster and excellent eye appeal, this 1951 dime represents a significant find for the advanced collector seeking high-quality examples from the early 1950s.
